They were so happy for the small gifts. Sister Holmstead (right) kept looking at the pens and saying, "I really needed new pens! Thanks so much!" And Sister Blake (left) loves to put post it tabs in her scriptures so we got her some more of those and she was so happy about that! They are easy to please and so darling! We love them dearly!
We played a game called "Scriblish". It is so fun!! It's a lot like "telephone" but with writing what you think the drawing is and writing what you think the picture is. Tommy loves this game! The more people the better, so we played it with the Sisters and laughed A LOT!The feast and all the fixings! Mike did an amazing job, again! It was all soooooo good!! Everyone helped set the table and Jordan did his great silverware rolled in the napkin trick. It looked so nice!
Tommy made the apple pie all by himself. It was delicious!! Both boys helped with the pumpkin and coconut cream pies.
We had some snow on Thanksgiving. Tommy was trying out a little snowboarding and was doing a good job. The picture above, looks like he has the "force" with the standing sled. That is what he said..... :)
Here is our family with Sister Holmstead and Sister Blake. It was a wonderful day, and we definitely made some wonderful memories! I am so thankful for the safety of our family and how blessed we truly are!
Nothing like having sister missionaries in your ward. No one brings the spirit quite like them.
